以题目 "Do you think technology has improved people's lives?"
I would say [观点], though it does come with some drawbacks.
Personally, I believe [观点], and there are a couple of reasons for that.
> I would say yes, technology has significantly improved people's lives overall, though it's not without its downsides.
R — 原因(给具体原因,不停留在"because it's useful")
The main reason is that [原因].
On top of that, [补充原因].
> The main reason is that information is now far more accessible — people can learn, seek medical advice, or connect with others instantly. On top of that, advances in healthcare have genuinely extended life expectancy for millions.
For example, take [群体/领域] — [展开].
A good example would be [场景], where [说明].
> For example, take people in rural areas. Thirty years ago, quality education and specialist healthcare were out of reach for many. Now, online platforms and telemedicine have dramatically changed that reality.
That said, [补充反面].
Of course, it depends on [条件] — [说明].
> That said, the benefits aren't evenly distributed. People without digital access or literacy can feel left behind — so how much technology improves your life depends greatly on where you are and your circumstances.
> I would say yes, technology has significantly improved people's lives overall. The main reason is that information is now far more accessible — people can learn almost anything online and connect with others instantly. On top of that, advances in healthcare have genuinely extended life expectancy. For example, take people in rural areas: thirty years ago, quality education and specialist care were out of reach for many, but online platforms and telemedicine have changed that dramatically. That said, the benefits aren't evenly distributed — people without digital access can feel left behind. So how much technology improves your life depends greatly on your circumstances.

开口就说"Do I think technology..."——直接表立场,不重复。
> ✅ "It depends on age group — for younger generations... whereas for older adults..."
